Marathon Training

The Enid Running Club is proud to offer members a FREE marathon, half marathon, and couch to 5K training program for the OKC Memorial Marathon/Half Marathon/5K in the Spring and for the Route 66 Marathon/Half Marathon/5K in the Fall.

Studies have shown that group training plans allow the average runner to be more successful in achieving their marathon goals whether that is completing the entire distance or improving competitive times. The group dynamic offers you accountability, support, time to learn, and lots of fun along the way.

This program is FREE to all members of the Enid Running Club and is open to all ability levels whether you are a first time marathoner or a seasoned veteran looking for training partners. For those of you that haven’t joined the running club, visit our membership page. Marathon training programs traditionally run as high as $100 or more to participate. Here is an opportunity to receive supported training and a membership to the Enid Running Club. So come join us for what promises to be a great time of training and learning.
